The Hostellerie du Vieux Cordes combines an easy-going atmosphere with an elegant setting. While the dining rooms for groups and conferences can hold 20 to 100 people, the charm and the calm of the courtyard, with its beautiful 200-year-old wisteria, is the perfect place to relax. The bedrooms look out either over the Cérou valley, onto the wisteria-covered courtyard or on to one of the oldest paved streets in the bastide. All rooms combine old-fashioned décor with every modern convenience (bath or shower, toilet, hairdryer, Satellite TV with 13 channels, and a direct-line telephone that can be used for an internet connection). Otherwise, if you wish to be connected, please ask at the reception desk. At the TONIN’TY restaurant, Yves Thuriès has built an original menu around salmon and duck. These two simple core products can be prepared in numerous different ways and can satisfy even the most demanding palette.
